POA / TRAVEL CONSENT FOR CHILD | CHILD TRAVEL CONSENT FORM UAE

If you are traveling with your child(ren) without your spouse or if your children are traveling with another adult (e.g. grandparents, teacher or family friends), a child travel consent form can help you avoid possible hassle during the trip. Using the child travel consent form, you can authorize your spouse or another adult to accompany, look after and make decisions for your child(ren) on behalf of you during a trip.

In some countries it’s mandatory to have a Travel Consent Form or Letter if one of the parents is travelling with a child without the other parent. It is always mandatory to have a child Travel Consent Form from parents or legal guardian if a child is traveling with an adult who is not a parent or legal guardian of the child.

Use a Child Travel Consent Form or Letter, if your child is travelling without both or one of the parents or legal guardians.

You should give a Child Travel Consent Letter to someone whom you trust completely to be the caretaker of your children during a trip.

NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) / NO OBJECTION LETTER FOR CHILD VISA

No Objection Certificate (NOC), alias No Objection Letter, is consent from the father stating that the father has no objection to the mother to sponsor their children. Using the NOC form, you can authorize your wife to sponsor visas for your child(ren).

The NOC must be in Arabic language and notarized by the UAE notary public.

If the NOC is issued outside the UAE, then it must be notarized in the home country and attested by the UAE Embassy/Consulate in the country of origin and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs inside the UAE, which needs to be officially translated into Arabic.

The NOC is one of the most important requirements for a mother sponsoring a child in Dubai.

However, please keep in mind that the mother is not allowed to sponsor her child’s visa if the father is a UAE resident and meets the requirements for sponsoring a child in Dubai.

So, if you’re an expat mother who needs NOC from your husband to sponsor a child’s visa in Dubai, you’ve come to the right place. We can assist you with the full process of issuing NOC from father to wife to sponsor the child’s visa.

POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR INHERITANCE

A Power of Attorney for Inheritance is given by a legal heir to other individual(s) or law firm to represent the legal heirs of a deceased person before the competent authorities in the UAE including courts to initiate and complete the succession and probate proceedings. A POA for Inheritance also authorizes to obtain a succession certificate or a probate order to distribute the estate of the deceased person to the legal heirs.

POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR MARRIAGE

A Power of Attorney for marriage authorizes another person to act on behalf of bride’s father (or a legal guardian) to represent him and give consent for marriage at the family court in UAE during the marriage registration. If the father or the legal guardian of the bride can not be personally present at the court, he can authorize another male, who must be at least 21 years old.

Use a POA for marriage, if your father or a legal guardian are outside the UAE and can not be personally present during the marriage registration at the court.
