Vehicle Power of Attorney drafting for defined sale, transfer, purchase, registration or export tasks.
RTA requires a legal representative’s Power of Attorney to state the relevant vehicle sale and disposal authority for an ownership transfer. A foreign-issued document must follow the applicable certification route.
The POA does not replace the vehicle-transfer requirements. RTA’s service guidance includes attendance by the applicant or legal representative at the relevant centre. Check finance, registration and other transfer conditions for the vehicle before proceeding.
