Ask our teamWhich notary service in Dubai should I choose?
Start with what you need the document to achieve. A Power of Attorney authorises a representative to act within specified powers. A certified true copy addresses a copy of an original document, while document attestation concerns the required signature or seal authentication route. They are not interchangeable; check the intended destination and the receiving organisation’s requirements.
Do you help non-residents through the MOJ e-Notary system?
Yes. We help UAE non-residents prepare transactions and coordinate notarization through the UAE Ministry of Justice MOJ e-Notary system, subject to the transaction’s eligibility and the system’s requirements. This federal route is separate from the Dubai Courts channel. We review the purpose, parties, identity documents and receiving organisation’s requirements before confirming the steps; Dubai-channel requirements are not automatically applied to an MOJ request.
Can I use an online notary service in Dubai?
You can start the preparation and coordination with our team online. Whether the notarization itself can be completed remotely depends on the document, the competent authority and identity-verification requirements. For a Power of Attorney, see our online POA notarization service. Other requests are assessed separately; an online enquiry does not remove any required signing, original-document check or attendance.
What information should I prepare for a Power of Attorney?
Prepare the principal’s and representative’s identifying details, where the document will be used, and the exact actions you want to authorise or restrict. Property, vehicle and company transactions may need additional supporting information. Our Power of Attorney service guide explains the preparation stages; we confirm the checklist for your transaction before submission.
Do I need Arabic or English documents?
We can help prepare Arabic and English drafts. The required language and any certified legal translation depend on the notarizing authority, document and intended destination. Tell us who will receive the document before you arrange translation; a bilingual draft is not automatically a substitute for any certified translation that is required.
Can I review the draft before signing?
Yes. Review the names and identity details, the purpose, the powers granted and any limits before signing. A clear review stage helps identify missing information and wording that needs adjustment. The applicable notarization or attestation steps are then confirmed for the approved document.
What if the document will be used outside the UAE?
Tell us the destination country and receiving organisation at the start. Notarization in Dubai and any subsequent attestation, legalisation or translation are separate questions. Confirm the required route with the recipient before relying on a notarized document alone; our attestation service helps coordinate the applicable next steps.
Can my transaction be completed on the same day?
Same-day completion is available for eligible transactions once the required documents and notarization or attestation requirements are complete. We confirm the timeline after reviewing the request and the relevant authority’s requirements. Additional checks, amendments or destination-country formalities may require more time.
How do I start my request?
Contact us with the document type, its purpose, where it will be used and whether you are in the UAE or abroad. We will explain the initial information to prepare and the appropriate next steps. Start with a brief description of your request; there is no need to publish identity documents or transaction details on this website.
