What is this service?
A travel consent document reflecting the child, accompanying adult and proposed journey.
A Power of Attorney appoints a representative to act within the powers stated in the document. The wording should identify the parties, intended transactions and any restrictions. Drafting a document is different from completing the required notarization.
Notarial acts are performed by an authorised notary within the relevant jurisdiction. The receiving authority may require specific powers, supporting documents, an Arabic text or legal translation. A general title does not make a document suitable for every transaction.
How to get started
- Identify the child, parents and accompanying adult.
- Provide the journey and destination details.
